CAN DO SPIRIT

I was born and raised in Colorado, I am married and I have 2 sons.  I have a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science from Adams State University. I competed for Adams State in the USAW University National Championships in 2012 and since then I have coached over 20 Individual National Medalists including National Champions and a Team National Championship in 2015. 

I am a (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and National Coach for USA Weightlifting and former President of Colorado Weightlifting.  I have numerous Research Publications in the field of Sport Science, along with experience as a Collegiate Strength Coach and 5 years of experience in the field of EMS and Firefighting.  I was born in Alamosa, CO and since then, I have lived all over Colorado including Pueblo, Greeley, and Denver.
